Temporary Works Coordinator Training

Take on board the role of Temporary Works Coordinator with confidence. This course is limited to a maximum of 10 people.

 

The project Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC) is responsible to the company Designated Individual (DI) for the implementation of the company temporary works procedure, as well as the appointment of Temporary Works Supervisors where required.

Temporary Works management on a project can become complicated. The following roles are involved:

Designated Individual; Temporary Works Coordinator; Temporary Works Supervisor; Temporary Works Designer; Temporary Works Design Checker; Principal Designer.

The course covers-

•            The duties of a Temporary Works Coordinator and an understanding of the role of others.

•            The Temporary Works process, including project organisation and the Temporary Works Register.

•            The Design Brief

•            Temporary Works Design, including the different categories of design

•            Design Team’s organisation

•            Temporary Works Inspection

•            Training requirements for individuals

•            Auditing requirements
